So in this case, the baudrate is set back to 115200 and then everything works. Since the laptop is connected with a real COM port, the baudrate has to be exact same with the hardware. Thanks for replying! I've fixed the bug yesterday and I will explain this here. Once you know your MSL, you need to download and install the program QPST 2.7 Build 323, it might be possible to use another version of the program but this guide was made using version 2.7 b323.
